Hello to everyone. Luck was in my corner today when I googled "smoking meat" and found this website. Thank you google gods!

Lady here, fabulous 50+, 30+ bbq lover, NEW SMOKER (no, not cigars LOL) although a cigar now and then is good!

Just bought a small Kenmore propane smoker and am definitely revved up to be good at this art. Would love YOUR advice!
