DH-65 Step2 temp

Hi,

I've read the manual, I know how to change the Step1 temp, Time1 time and Time2 time, but there's no setting for Step2 temp.  Anyone know what it is?  or if I can change it?

Investigated it, it's the Southern Pride electric digital smoker, don't know if anyone has one on the site but this should bump it up so others can see it!
