I consider myself to be a master griller, but a pitmaster in training. I have a Brinkmann Smoke 'n Grill and a Luhr Jensen Big Chief electric smoker.

I enjoy smoked ribs, sausage, and brisket the most.

Welcome Mike,

Glad to hear you're on the way to "pitmaster" status, Delaware needs a few more of those......Did you get out to the Dover Downs contest a week or so ago?

Welcome and enjoy all the fun here at SMF. I'm in the business and have learned a ton. Always something new.....

Mike:

Nice to have another new member. If you like your grillin' you will take to this smokin' with ease. Debi's suggestion of the downloads make the first step easy. From then on it is just rolling up your sleeves and jumping in.

Make sure you take some pics of your activities. We love that Q-View.
