deflector in MES 40?

Hey, I'm experimenting with different deflector configurations, using aluminum foil, and I've had it flush against the back and flush against the right wall, but I saw on another thread here to not flush up against the right side.  I've read that Bear has a good deflector, could someone send me the link to that image/thread?

Deflector above Water pan in my MES 40 Gen #1:

Left edge of the deflector is supported by a movable object, so the left side can be elevated to push heat to the left,

or lowered to allow heat to go back to the right. Two Temp sensors are needed to balance heat this way.
