Deer Roast

  1. Can anyone give me a finishing IT for a 6lb deer rump roast ?? Any input appreciated Ernie

    Being a wild animal, you would want to cook it to minimum of 146° IT to kill pathogens.  For medium to well done, 150° to 165° or higher.
