day before ribs

So I am smoking 6 racks of spares, a brisket, and 2 pork butts for a family reunion with only one mes40 smoker. My thought to get this is to do the ribs for 5 hours the day before, then refrigerate. When the brisket and pork finish, either throw them back in the smoker for an hour or on the grill until cooked. This sound like a sensible plan of attack? Any flaws in it?
 
Well when in doubt, improvise. Bought a rib rack to make space. Going all at once!

I think I brought some Apple and some Cherry. Will probably go for a mix of those. Will post pics before and after by Friday I think.
