database???

Is there a database available to cross-check when selecting a new Q team name? From a purely legal standpoint I would think anything not trademarked or registered as a business federally or on a state level basis is up for grabs but I'd like to weed out as many dupes as i can. I intend to register and trademark both and want to go out of my way in selecting something unique.

Looking into trademark paperwork for now and will register it when all is said and done.
