My name is Danny A.. I have been smoking meat for about twelve years now. A good friend of mine got me into it when he needed help at a BBQ cook off. We took second place and I was hooked. I live in southeast Okla. around lake Eufaula. I have a Backwoods smoker, two offset smokers and one bullet smoker, and a gas grill. My friend and I cook on the competition level for six years. We won several trophy's, never won a grand champion.

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
