Hello all. I'm 31, and have been cooking seriously for about 6 years. I have been grilling for about 10. I started out in the Army learning how to crawfish boil, and went from there. I have a modified Brinkman upright, a medium size propane charbroil grill, and am looking at a larger barrel type smoker so I can have a larger cooking area. Though my son eats all my food,my wife and daughter are vegetarians, so I have a very broad cooking base (though rarely do I find anything beats a nice rib!). I really dig the tips and recipes I have seen here, and I hope to travel to a couple of gatherings.
