Hello. We just started smoking in the last couple weeks. It is the first experience for both us smoking meat. We already had a food grade barrell so my boyfriend bought a Big Poppa Smokers kit to create our first smoker. So far we have smoked ribs and brisket. A whole chicken is next.

We also just got attachments for my kitchen aid to make sausages. I havn't tried that yet but look forward to homemade pepperoni.

The forums are very interesting and I look forward to all your success stories and suggestions.
