I'm a complete noob to both smoking meat and building smokers.  Guess what I am doing them both!

I am jumping head first into an electric flowerpot smoker build (I have limited space), and an adruino/raspberry pi web based interface.  Right now I am getting all the parts together for the physical smoker and learning on this forum how to build and program the electric part.

Goal is to be able to cue up the info and adjust targets on the old cell phone, well and to eat some awesome brisket!

If you didn't read the "Terms of Service" notes.....please do. There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums. Just a teeny bit of information for some of the rules here at SMF before you get started, off site links are not allowed.

If you need any help roaming around the forums....give me a shout. I will be happy to help out!
