Smoking for many years. And doin' it wrong.
Been reading up on this forum and going to put my new knowledge
of "thin blue smoke" to work on Labor day.
 
LOL, I know I have been arested twice by bbq bubba already.


anywho, welcom aboard and there is no doing wrong, there is only keep on smokin, and it gets better everytime!!!!

Thats just over the next hill.
I'll be goin' to Carthage tomorrow.
 
I'll be smokin' turkey breasts & pre-cooked ham.
The trick will be to do it with "thin blue smoke" and still get the
temp up enuff to cook the turkey.
I'll be using the Brinkmann Cimarron horiz. with firebox
Detail.aspx

and using only hickory wood sticks for fuel.
Suggestions?
