Cypress smoke house

    Looks good! What are you using as a heat source?
  5. I used a cast iron pot with charcoal and wood chips to season it but I am thinking propane would be more consistent and better for hot smoking.

    I know quite a few here have used this propane burner from Northern Tool with success, even at lower temps.
