curing chamber help

  1. I have been wanting to build a curing chamber for some time now guess its time, I found a wine fridge for 130 bucks new on craigslist, will this be acceptable for a curing chamber?? its 33" tall 23 wide and 19" deep, i am looking for advice on temp and humidity controls, looking for simple ones like plug and play without having to do all that wiring, any suggestions on a build would be great!
