My favorite late night dinner. Moist, tasty, and healthy. Dry cured with TQ in a baggie for about 8 hours. Rinsed off and preped with lemon pepper and granulated garlic then wraped with turkey bacon from Sam's. I ran out of bacon so 1 went in naked. Smoked at 275' about 1 1/2 hour to 170'. I had two before going to bed, yummo!! If you haven't tried this you should, it has outstanding flavor. Thanks for watching.
