Hi all,
New to the forum. Updating my smoker from a el cheapo brinkman charcoal to a Cuisinart propane. I’ve searched the forum for any info, but can’t find any. Anyone have any experience with one? Any hacks or mods that you can recommend? I know I need to mod the combo water/chip pan. Thanks for any info and look forward to posting and reading.

I'm also a newbie, so I probably won't be much help. I've used it 3 times now & have been really happy with the results. This past Sunday I smoked 2 tip roasts & had trouble keeping the temps where I wanted them due to cool temps & decent winds. (Wisonsin) so I've been looking at ideas to control that a little better. Insulating cover making a wind break, bricks, etc. I just started looking so I'm still undecided. What mod are you going to do to the wood/water pan?
