Did some csr's tonight.



Bout half way done.

Finished. Used white and red oak.

No seriously she supports my habit real good.... Just my next purchase I hope will be the grinder & stuffer ! Had the $ saved up twice now but things just seem to come up left & right !? You know how that is I'am sure....

Farmer, those CSR'S look fantastic!! Great job what temp did you smoke them at and for how long. 

A full smoker is a happy smoker.

Cooked them around 350 for about 1 hour.

Had the drum cranking.
