    Looks good. I have the vertical one.

    I looked at the verticals. Got a good deal on the horizontal one so I went with it.

    I wanted the vertical to hang my cured meats and sausage

    Yes, the ribs were nicely accompanied by Smoked Ranch Beans (with leftover diced ham, green peppers, and some chipotle chillis), Homemade Mac n' Cheese, and boiled Corn on the Cob.

    Ever. If there are leftovers they weren't good enough. The plate should be empty and the bones picked clean.
