CoupCake Chicken

    Here's some coupcake chicken I've been wanting to do. Ya I didn't want someone to get mad if I called it
    something else. I did this one quickly after work today, next time I'll let it sit overnight. Overall this rocks, I
    used a wet southwestern marinade and smoked with hickory and a touch of mesquite till 165* and was
    tender as could be. Keep a turkey baster and drain cup nearby to drain the juices. This is now one of my
    favorites, I already have a bunch of different ideas flavor wise for this like yoshida's or injected hot sauce, I
    used boneless thighs for this job. Enjoy
