My wife is the same way. "We just had that last night". When I did the brisket though it was, " Is there and brisket leftover for tonight?".

Very nice looking smoke Capn'. I'm not big on kraut but my wife loves it. What kind of ribs are those Ron? Just boneless pork ribs? The sell country style ribs here and they are boneless but don't look like those.

Also.... I forgot to ask but........ what kind of rub did you use on the pipe wrench? :D

I'd give ya some points but haven't figured that out yet. Well hold on.......maybe i have........

First off, thanks for the points, S G. The ribs are bone in from the end of the butt. I won't buy the bonless, usually drier without the protection of the bone. Here, they slice a butt in strips and call them bonless country and jack up the price. It's only a damned butt!

Funny on the pipe wrench rub. It wasn't a rub, more like a wipe to clean the dust off it. 12 years since I hung it on the wall.

Get this, the wifey thing. Usually Friday's I make her salmon, or a shrimp alfredo meal. She says if it wasn't Friday I'd have them ribs AGAIN!

Women, the ribs must have been outstanding for her.

Thanks again, and thanks for following everyone.
Ron
