Cornish Game Hen w/ Qview

Figured I'd top off my weekend marathon with a warm up for this months throw down.  Two cornish game hens.

I placed Beavis and Butthead in a zip lock bag, doused with evoo and dumped in some of Jeff's rub.

Off to my MES 30 all fired up to 275 and producing nice TBS of apple wood.  About two hours later and the temp is 168 in Beavis, and 163 in Butthead.

Next, wrapped up in foil and towels, then sent to rest in a cooler for a few hours.  Now for the best part, my step son tried a piece of it as I was cutting them up and asked if I was going to enter it info a competition so we could get rich!  That was the best complement!  Thanks for stopping by!
