My local Safeway had some corned beef points on sale and I grabbed a bunch. Since I've never made burnt ends before is it possible with corned beef? I'm guessing it'll be good...

I won't have any time to do this for a couple of weeks but wanted input and thoughts for this!

If not I see some smoked pastrami in my future...

I'm sure it would be possible. I would soak them in water for 24hrs and make up a batch of salt free rub since they should have plenty of salt on their own. Smoke until it's got a nice bark on it, let rest or put in fridge over night. Then cut into 1 inch cubes coat with some more rub and put in a foil pan with your favorite sauce, put back in the cooker until really tender and crusty on the outside.

That's how I do mine anyway, I've made lots of burnt ends and smoked corned beef but never thought to combine them....hmmm
