Found some corned beef on sale and thought it would be great on the MES, I was right, sliced for sandwiches they were awesome.

Nice! On a scale of one to ten, I give a it a...oh, how 'bout a couple of drools?!?!?! LOL!!! Looks moist and delicious! You did the sandwich up just right, too.

Man, that makes me want to grab one of my packers out of the freezer and get started with another brine-cure project! I'm all out of 'strami...now, look what you got me into? Ah, I can't blame anyone but myself for that, now can I?
