I've been smoking food for a couple years now. On my second MES, and love it! Im in search of a good smoked Mac n cheese recipe. I've tried several recipes, not to mention my own. Just haven't found the one that has me dying for. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
