Hello guys! I have been into grilling dishes since high school. In short, I'm more of an old school way of cooking. Just recently, my wife bought me a weber spirit grill. I have tried it using once or twice already. I would like to know how do you make a perfect grill of your favorite dish using this equipment? I would like to know. It will be of big help to me.

Thanks!

Like Al says - Practice.

I am not familiar with your grill but it  looks like a propane burner. If so and it has multiple burners you will be setting up direct and indirect heat by only lighting 1 or more burners.

There are several posts here about setting up for indirect heat, whether using wood, charcoal or gas. Get familiar with how to achieve this and then put some meats on the low side and start experimenting.........

If you have been cooking since high school (and presuming you are not still in high school - sorry, couldn't resist). You are very familiar with the direct/high heat method of "grilling". this is not 'smoking" or "slow cooking". You may want to do a sear occasionally and then you get to use the direct/high heat side.

That's my 2 cents. See how to set up for indirect heat and then practice................

Thank you for the tip, Al and Slipaway. I will do what you advised me. I will keep you guys posted regarding my progress on my new era grilling adventure. :-)
