cooking time and temp

  1. I bought some sausage to smoke at the meat market today and was wondering what temp and appr. how long I will have to have them in the smoker. This is my first time smoking sausage and need some advise. Thanks
  2. do you know if the sausage was made with a cure in it?

    250 or higher if it is fresh sausage. If its cured then anytemp will be fine.
