I'm doing a 20lbs turkey and have had it at 250-275ish. It's cooked MUCH faster than I thought. We're having dinner at 3pm so I started it at 8am thinking it would take 5-6 hours. Well, 3 hours later and the breast is at 150' (checked it in 3 places). Since dinner isn't for 4 hours and this will likely be done in an hour, anyone have advice for what to do? Thanks!
