Very good.  I try to keep a log on each smoke I do.  It helps to know what worked and what did not work.  The entries as the smoke goes on are very important to me.  I've been doing that on the back side of old scrap prints.

I'm going to take a look at your form and see if I can make a one page version of the things I most want to keep a record of.   It will help focus what gets written down.

Now that would be far to easy there Jeff. A good idea yes will I probab;y not but I do like it. I have been relying on this old somewhat drunken brain to remember all the things that I have learned and know from here. So it has worked out for now but some of the old recipes are getting that way too. Old and fuzzy too.
