Hi everyone thanks to everyone that helped me with the chicken I did a few weeks ago . It turned out great . I'm doing a family get to gather sat and I'm doing brisket . I have done one before and turned out good with injection and a rub but I was wondering about a brine . Any help would be very much appreciated

That's ok c farmer I didn't know if it was a good idea or not . The first one I did turned out good without doing it .

I would think that the injection and rub would be enough. Just have to play with it and see what you like.

Thanks mike I left it in the pan and covers it with tin foil and it seamed to suck up some of the juices and was moist .
