.

wrap butts in a few layers of heavy foil. preheat a ice chest w/ boiling water. place a folded towel in chest .. lay foiled butts on top of towel. plug a remote therm into the butts. fill all the air space w/ towels and close chest. do not open chest . as long as the butts maintain a temp of 140 or higher they can be stored this way till serving. If they start looking like they won't stay above 140 they need to be fridged and re heated b4 serving.

I would plan on the fridge and reheating in a crockpot. You'll end up with around 7 pounds of PP so a medium crockpot will do. Add some apple juice when you reheat, I picked up a 8 pack of apple juice boxes for just this reason.
