Hello, I have a bit of an odd question. I just built an outdoor kitchen and have an area where I can slide my new smoker in. I would prefer to be able to just use it under the counter instead of wheeling it out (my wife want me to trim around the opening). I'm looking for a way to vent the small amount of smoke that comes out of it.
The area doesn't get wet. I initially though about just getting some flexible duct work and placing in about the small hole on the top of the smoker and venting it out the back of the counter. When I went to look at the supplies I noticed small bathroom exhaust fans and even cheap kitchen vent hoods. One of the small exhaust fans was only $19 and will pull 50 cfm. Do you think this would work? I'm ok with replacing a $19 fan every couple years if the conditions wear it out prematurely. Any ideas would be appreciated.
