  1. Finished my Pork Burnt Ends and Smoked Chicken - all thanks to GOD I did not get rained out.  Once again the weather man was all wrong.....heck I could have slept in this morning instead of getting up before sunrise.  Oh well. anyway all is well and I was able to snap a few pics before my hungry sista' friends arrived for our Saturday happy hour and Munchies' Day! here's the Q-views of my Smoked Pork Burnt Ends with Jack Daniels #7 Glaze and Smoked Chicken.     Could you use "pork steaks" that are cut from a Boston Butt, instead of the country style ribs?
