Complete Noob!

Hey Everyone,

Just bought a brand new Smokin-It Model #1 smoker after reading many reviews and decided electric is the best option for me...for now. I've never smoked anything in my life, but can't wait to try! I'm a pretty good cook, but this is new to me. Looks like this place will be full of great info. If anyone has any threads that are "must reads" it would be greatly appreciated!
