Hey Shiz, just joined this forum and first thing I read was this one. I live in Cynthiana, KY. Small world.
Looks good Shiz, but (IMHO), wouldn't some nice Kale look good under the Pork and around the edges. I guess I spent too many hours putting garnishes on my plating, at the French Quarter.

I have not competed in the South, but check your rules, some Judges expect Greenleaf and/or Parsley Lined Boxes...I'd give you 10!...JJ
