    I had a careering job over the weekend and really focused on my pork butt and ribs for an up incoming KCBS comp next month. So what we have below is my competition style pork butt and some nice ribs just before the glaze is set all the way.

    Looks Great Shiz...These all recommended smoke times and temps?...JJ

    Smoke times depend on if you are a low and slow cook or a power cooker meaning hot and fast. So time you cannot really go by that time is just a rule of thumb to get someone in the ball park for.

    Temps is what I cook by the eternal temp and the feel is a given no exceptions.

    So yes they are.
