I'm a newbie from Colorado. I have been smoking meat for the past 1.5 years. I started with a charbroil side box and for Fathers day I got a WSM (love it). I have been lurking and learning a ton. I figured it was time for me to give back on what I have learned from SMF. So today, 4th of July I am doing a Pizza Fattie, Salmon, Chicken, and some ribs. Way way to much on the smoker, but I will post pics when I pull it all off. Happy 4th all.
