Aurora in Beautiful Colorado
I'm new here from Aurora Colorado.  Just purchased the Lowes Master Forge electric smoker.  I have been using a charcoal smoker for a couple years and always have problems controlling temps.  I am hoping the digital electric will do the trick.  Looks like this is the place to feed my inspiration to try new ways to cook good meat.  Thank you for the welcome!
