I have a dilemma.  I smoked some ribs in late September using my Maverick ET-733 wireless thermometer and the probes that came with it.  I pulled the probes from the ribs and set them aside.  I forgot about them until today.  There is still a little meat on one and the other on was the one I used for the grill temperature.  What would be the proper way to clean them?  Thanks

Thanks.  I took a scratch pad and using soap and water, I cleaned the ends off being careful not to get water where the cable joins the probe.  I am using it today for a prime rib.

Happy New Year
