Chuckie!

Did three 4-5 lb. chuckies for the Scouts this weekend. Sorry no good pics. I'm sure you know how busy things get with 20 Boy Scouts and then 20 Girl Scouts came over to eat dinner and learn about the stars once the sun went down. Good time was had by all. Chuckies were pulled, took them to 205 with hickory and oak on the UDS. About 9 hrs total. Deep fried a turkey and did 40 ABTS. Also made a frying pan out of a Disk harrow blade 24 " across with a 22" lid. Great breakfast tool. All good.

Good for you introducing the scouts to smoking. 20 Boy Scouts then 20 Girl Scouts after dark? How much time did you spend keeping them apart? LOL Or are they still too young for that stuff?
