Had a day off today so I seasoned a couple of chuck tender roasts with some Cavenders Greek seasoning to practice for making roast beef next week...We have top round roast on sale next week for $1.99 lb.

I like the seasoning. I got some from the Dude "Jay" in an exchange and it's really good. I use it alot and your chuck roast looks great and I would love to be there to have a sammie myself. So thanks for sharing

AAAHHHH sweet sliced beef! As you can see one chuck tender was cooked longer than the other...

the right side of the package was cooked to 158*,the left side was pulled at 135*. The wind was blowing on the one side of the UDS causing a cooler spot in the drum. Found this at work ...new stuff!

Reheated slices in some au jus ,then onto some toasted buns with mozzerella and munster. Under the broiler for a few more mins. and... au jus poured in a dipping bowl.

Gotta have some tots!
