It's been while since I fired up the Egg for anything besides pizza, the Traeger has been getting the call. Changed that today... Got some Beef Chuck Short Ribs Trimmed them and rubbed them down with Plowboy's Bovine Bold Onto the Egg direct 230 - 250. After about 7 hours, they were ready to come off. First time I have ever done chuck ribs - they were very beefy and delicious. Thanks for looking.
