chuck roast with qview i think

my first chuckie and my first qview hope this works , injected,rub down and ready to go on my new smoker

took to about 160 then put in a pan covered with foil and into the oven untill 200

now if i can chew it ,got my new teeth yesterday lol

Good looking chuck! It may be hard to chew for awhile, but you'll get there. When I first got my store boughts, I couldn't even bite a bologna sandwich using fresh white bread. Just takes some getting used to. Good luck.

By the looks of it. It should just melt in your mouth for sure. Now why did you put it in the oven again?? And why did you not finish it in the smoker again??
