Hi all. I am fairly new to the smoking scene. I just received my "Smokin-it #3" electric smoker over the weekend. I have done some basic smoking in my Big Easy SRG, but it is not the same. It does birds very quickly and tasty though. It gets way too hot to do great briskets and pulled pork, hence the new smoker. I'm looking forward to some great tips and recipes.
