Cold smoked a couple of chuck eye steaks with mesquite for for about a half hour, then fired up the Vortex in the BGE setting up for indirect and direct cooking.

ABT's and lobster cooking indirect around the Vortex.

-----

Chuck eye steaks searing direct over the Vortex.

-----

Bacon wrapped ABT's seasoned with Tango Verde, lobster tails seasoned with Tastefully Simple Seafood & Fish seasoning and the mesquite smoked chuck eye steaks seasoned with Tatonka Dust and topped with Gorgonzola cheese crumbles.

Thanks for looking!

Great looking plate MossyMo! How did the lobstah (Maine pronounced) turn out? They look good. I have done shrimp and they were very good. I'll bet the lobstah tails did not take to long.

That's one damn fine looking meal Marty.

Lobster is always excellent off the grill... cook indirect in the 325º to 350º area till they reach an internal meat temp of 140º.

Thanks for the compliments!

Wow , looks awesome.

I gotta try some of that dust stuff.
