Looks Great.

I love when people question you when your cooking but not when they are eating the results

Congrats on a great smoke, and yt seems the Q pleased the crowd. If you have the time, try Dutch's Wicked Baked Beans, that is a thread that has been running here at SMF for years. You can't go wrong on this one. It's all good my friend.

That ham looks awesome! I ended up using the honey glaze instead of BBQ sauce at the end... just wasn't brave enought to but BBQ sauce on a ham. What did you end up glazing with?

Yes tha ham looks fabulous and I like jeff's rub and his techinues too. It is really nice when peple tell you how to prepare you meat and then when you serve them they just shut up and cann't say a thing. Thats right I know what 'm doing.

the ham i bought at krogers had a glaze packet with it, it was a honey spice glaze. I already had Jeff's bbq sauce made up so i dumped the glaze packet in with the sauce as an experiment you could say and just mopped it on the ham the last 30 minutes...it had a really good taste to it, i took the remaining sauce and used it as a dipping sauce with tortita chips, i could'nt quit eating it....gone, im gonna have to make some more of that
