Christmas Eve BB Ribs!

  1. Home from work early… very rare! 60* just north of Pittsburgh, seems like the perfect time to smoke some meat. [​IMG][​IMG]

    Smoking a prime rib tomorrow for Christmas and decided I better warm up the smoker with some Christmas Eve BB Ribs. Going with the 2-2-1 method…light rub, smoker up to 230*, and off we go! 


    Also decided to make some rotisserie buffalo chicken dip with smoked jalapeno !!! [​IMG]


    I’ll try and keep everyone posted, but still got some wrapping to do and having a few 10.1% beers! And if I can work out the time, I post up the prime rib tomorrow…[​IMG]

  4. Here they are getting ready for foil! [​IMG]


    Little squeeze butter, little honey, little brown sugar, and a dash more rub...back in the smoker for 2 more hers wrapped then the finish...I can almost taste them!
