Hey y'all! Coming from Oklahoma! Wishing y'all a merry Christmas! I got this ham, rubbed it down with mustard and then coated it with some brown sugar and pumpkin spice with a few more ingredients! Put it on at 300 degrees over hickory wood. It's been smoking for about 4 hours, I put it on at 8 and came off at 12 and now it's resting in foil in the smoker! Smoked it on a hasty bake.
