Christmas Day Belly Pork

    Belly Pork

    First off, Happy Christmas to All.

    This is all I am allowed to smoke on Christmas Day



    Nothing fancy, just a whole Belly sat on Onion, Carrot, and Celery, with beer added to keep meat moist. Smoker @ 220'F (105'C) for 6 Hours.

    Eh! that was last year!!

    Yeah forgot to finish this post!

    Busy Christsmas Day, sure took photos of finished Q, but did some Housework on the tablet the other day to free up some storage and delegated a lot of photos.

    No excuse hang me now!

    Can only say in my defence, the father in law went home with a take away bag full of Belly Pork!
