Looking on the internet and saw this chicken wrapped in bacon, anyone ever tried this?

Thanks for the post dannylang! I think you may have found the answer to my wifes favorite question,"What are you going to wrap in bacon and smoke this time". Never wraped a whole bird before, but what the heck got to try it cause we all know anything is better with BACON!!!

It would be interesting to try, but I'll bet the skin will be rubbery as all get out!
what would happen if you skinned the chicken.
If you crank up the heat (350 or so) it may be OK with the skin on. It looks good though. But then I like bacon on cake so my opinion is really biased.
