Thanks for the post dannylang! I think you may have found the answer to my wifes favorite question,"What are you going to wrap in bacon and smoke this time". Never wraped a whole bird before, but what the heck got to try it cause we all know anything is better with BACON!!!

If you crank up the heat (350 or so) it may be OK with the skin on. It looks good though. But then I like bacon on cake so my opinion is really biased.
