Smoked a chicken for Sunday dinner...
Cut it in half, rubbed olive oil on it, johnny's season salt, paprika, granulated garlic, smoked at 225F with cherry wood for 3 1/2hrs. It was good!
Man oh man what a color to this bird yummmy.
this chicken with mayo and a good roll will make me happy
